Join us August 2oth in Portland for a FREE Wildwood Workshop! We are excited to bring athletes and coaches together to empower the young female athlete!
Before school begins is the perfect time to regroup and add to your toolkit. Wildwood is set to bring experts in mental health, nutrition and positive mindset together for a 3 HOUR workshop at PCC Cascade.
Girls and coaches will have time to learn, reflect and discuss with other athletes who are navigating the same awesome world of sports.

Shannon will discuss how young athlete can explore who they are beyond their sport. Through conversation and reflection, we'll discuss identity, self-worth, and the many ways to define success outside of performance. Students will leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and tools to build confidence in all areas of life—not just athletics.
Pioneering force in global sports business and respected Portland community leader, Clare Hamill was named President of Business Operations for the Portland Fire in July 2025. Hamill leads the franchise’s development, overseeing the hiring of key business staff, shaping the team’s operational infrastructure, and establishing a values-driven culture rooted in innovation, equity, and excellence. Her deep expertise in brand-building, strategic growth and purpose-led leadership helps her guide the organization through its launch and into a model of long-term success—both on and off the court. Hamill started her tenure at the helm of the Portland Fire by launching the 15th WNBA franchise’s new name and brand identity.
Anna Hennings holds a master's degree in sport psychology and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) with a private practice in Portland. She works with youth, collegiate, adult, and professional athletes and teams throughout the Pacific Northwest and nationally, helping them develop mental performance skills to excel in their sport and enhance their overall well-being.
Greta will discuss REDs (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport) and how it can affect growing bodies—especially during puberty. We'll explore how under-fueling, even unintentionally, can impact energy levels, growth, periods, and performance. Students will learn the importance of balanced nutrition to support both everyday activities and sports in a healthy, sustainable way.
Co Founder, Marie Davis Markham will lead us through a girls talk to explore crucial topics athletes navigate.
Co Founder, Robyn McGillis will talk about leadership and how you can develop your own personal leadership style.
