Shannon Boxx enjoyed one of the most remarkable careers in U.S Women’s National Team history. She was a member of three Olympic gold medal-winning sides and finished third in the 2005 FIFA Women’s World Player of the Year voting before capping her 12-year career at the age of 38 as a member of the 2015 Women’s World Cup Championship team. Boxx, in recognition of her achievements and her career was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame in May of 2022 and was most recently honored with the NCAA Silver Anniversary Award in 2024.
Shannon is a founding investor of Angel City FC, a women’s professional soccer team in the NWSL. She serves on the Regional Council, as an advocate, a spokesperson, and a keynote speaker for the Lupus Foundation of America in the Pacific Northwest. She is an on-air analyst for US Women’s Soccer games on Turner Sports and in 2022 founded Ethos Mentality Group, a personal development company, which helps to support and empower female athletes to redefine who they are beyond their sport.
