Travis Floeck has been coaching for 17 years and has coached at the middle school, high school, college, and professional levels. He is currently the head distance coach at the University of Idaho and a team director and President of the Cascadia Elite post-collegiate team.
He has coached NCAA All-Americans, USATF National Qualifiers, USATF National Champions, and IAAF World Championship Qualifiers throughout his career and coaches athletes from the 800m-10,000m on the track, trail and mountain running athletes, and coaches many athletes on the roads including numerous marathoners. He has other backgrounds in the sport having worked in Nike’s Running department, as one of the first employees of Runnerspace.com, and has worked at Steens Mountain Running Camp for over 20 years. He has an athlete competing in the IAAF World Championships this summer in Eugene in the women’s marathon.
