This camp is developed for all collegiate female distance runners in mind (this includes club runners and recreational runners). At Wildwood Running we support everyone who loves this sport and would like to continue to grow as a runner and a person no matter their pace! We want athletes to leave camp feeling like they put in some good work but most importantly learned more about themselves and their athletic journey.
Like most things Wildwood Running, we will take time to reflect and discuss being a great runner as well as a great person.
Our key topics will be:
Our hope is every athlete leaves camp feeling like they’ve grown as an individual and are proud of the journey they are on!
Wildwood Running Co-founders Marie Davis Markham and Robyn McGillis will be hosting this summer‘s camp. Together Marie and Robyn Combine to have many years of competitive running as well as coaching high school athletes. Their mission for Wildwood Running is to Focus on more than just the running, Acknowledging that being a great runner is more than putting 1 foot in front of the other. For their 35 years in the running world, they have witnessed male runners and female runners coached similarly.
